Runtime error

I'm a middle school student who has worked with a lot of AI before, as it has always intrigued me. I've been trying to bring Pygmalion's amazing Gradio UI from their colab notebook to HuggingFace. Unfortunately, I'm just a kid and don't have a payment method to pay for a Nvidia T4 small tier processor since it needs a bit of GPU. Thank you, and please consider this request.
