Hello.
The black-forest repos include what some say are VAE files, namely "ae.sft". Should these also be in fp8 to be included with the files provided here in the relevant comfyui nodes, or is comfyui able to load the original VAE unchanged even in use with these fp8 versions of the models?

Use the original VAE, it shouldn't and doesn't have to be downcasted. The VAE (as are these fp8 models) are also available in the ComfyUI Manager.
